The output will be affected by the weather. But the solar panels have auto-restart function, if the panel is blocked by shadow, it will restart to charge your device automatically when there’s enough sunlight.
What cause the panel to charge slow?
The intesity of sunlight, temperature could affect the charging speed. If the charging speed is abnormally slow all the time, please tell us.
Does this solar panel charger contain battery or does it charge a battery?
The solar panel does not contain battery or store power. To charge a battery, you will need to make sure ports are compatible or have suitable connect cable.
